Teambuilding Using the DiSC

The DiSC Personal Profile System is a powerful tool to help build productive, effective and harmonious teams despite differences in personality styles. In fact, your staff will learn to understand and benefit from these differences rather than clash with them. The Profile itself takes only a short time to complete. However, the information gleaned from it will last a lifetime.

Diana offers several workshops built around the DiSC Profile which are fun, educational, and tailored to fit your organization, taking into consideration its size and budget. By the time the audience leaves, they are readily able to identify the basic personality types and immediately use this system. As always, Diana’s workshops are interactive and keep the audience involved and engaged

"I thought the information Diana presented was interesting and helpful. I overheard several of the adjusters trying to guess each others personality profile. They usually were right. I believe taking the time to have the adjusters think about their personality traits and then compare it to others was beneficial. Hopefully they learned there is more than one way to communicate and negotiate losses. At times the adjusters can get in a rush and handle loss according to their personality. This may not always be the best avenue to reach an agreement with the person who sustained a loss. I feel the adjusters do a good job of communicating with their clients, however this is one more training tool they can use that may help them reduce conflict and achieve a win-win settlement."
