T he way you conduct yourself as a leader starts from within. Do you really understand your strengths and capitalize on them? Are you unconsciously sabotaging yourself? Having challenges is the human condition. Yet imagine how much more effective you could be if you let go of your struggles.
Hold on to your hats! You’re about to take a ride on the Leadership Express! Diana will be your conductor. Never fear. Although this is serious leadership training, she encourages you not to take yourself too seriously. After attending this extensive five-hour workshop, you will learn;
- your personal style based on the DiSC Profile and how to determine the style of those around you;
- how you relate to others from your unique perspective;
- how others relate to you from their perspective;
- the four aspects of your individuality and why it is important to keep them in balance;
- a unique definition of
stress and more effective stress management tools;
- how to assess your strengths honestly and look at your vulnerabilities objectively;
- how you may sabotage yourself unconsciously and how to stop.
All of this is done within a structure of classroom style training, intertwined with relevant activities, and group participation. It’s the right mixture of learning and levity.
